- Device & Location Data Upcoming: Future versions will require location access to provide real-time navigation via the Interactive Event Map.

Your security is our priority. We implement a unique encryption-based architecture to protect your digital identity:
- Encrypted Storage: All user data is stored in an encrypted format at rest.
- User-Held Decryption: Your data is only decrypted and displayed within the app using a unique encryption key stored locally in your account.
- Automated Key Destruction: To ensure long-term privacy, your encryption key is permanently deleted immediately upon:
- The successful conclusion of the Lollapalooza India 2026 event.
- Manual deletion of your account by you.
Note: Once the encryption key is deleted, the stored data becomes permanently inaccessible and is purged from our systems.

- Wristband Management: Securely top-up your event wristband balance directly from the mobile app.
- Vendor Pre-Ordering: Browse food, beverage, and merchandise menus to pre-order items. You will receive a secure QR code for quick pickup at the vendor stall.
- Interactive Event Map: A detailed, offline-capable map providing precise locations for washrooms, vendor stalls, stages, and first aid stations.

- Access & Updates: You may update your profile information at any time via the "Update Profile" section.
- Account Deletion: You have the right to delete your account at any time, which triggers the immediate destruction of your encryption keys and personal data.
- Service Providers: We may share necessary data with the in-house backend team and authorized event vendors to facilitate orders and support.
